The whole hotel was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. The room was spotless and well-appointed with all nice furniture inside, very comfortable beds plus nice attention, amazing service. Rooms are perfectly clean with balcony and comfortable bed, for example, food is excellant. The stuff are polite, everyone. The ambiance is quiet.

The hotel's location is great, close to the airport, restaurants, Odessa's historic center, and port. the convenience of having a McDonald's just a 10-15 minute walk away was nice. I loved the gastronomic restaurant and its fantastic cuisine.

The staff is sometimes not very flexible, I wanted to switch parts of the breakfast but it was impossible. I can't understand why.

I had an amazing stay at Frederic Koklen Boutique in Odessa. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my happiness. the bed was incredibly comfortable and one of the best I've ever slept on. the rooms were immaculately clean and the location was ideal, being central but in a quiet street. the restaurant, Sophie, offered exceptional cuisine. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends. Cons: Nothing, it was a perfect stay! .

I did not like the minibar. Very poor minibar. Also in every hotel I have been I have never paid for drinkable water if the water from the tap is not drinkable for the whole city in generally... Making profit by selling simple drinking water when there is no option for other is really not a nice reference for a hotel! I did not like the fact that taxi which hotel arranged for me to bring me to the airport charged 4 times higher fee than the normal taxi charges.

The hotel is nestled in a nice building with a gastronomic restaurant. the rooms are new-fashioned and romantic, featuring down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff are welcoming and polite, offering excellent services.

The service in Sofy bar/restaurant isn't so good than in the hotel it's just a little bit sad

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes. we were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.
